1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 pork chops
120 ml cider
1 tbsp grainy mustard
75 ml double cream
- Cut the fat off the chops.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan pan and cook the chops over a moderately high heat for about 5 minutes a side. Remove them from the pan on plates.
- Pour the cider into the pan. Let it bubble away for a minute or so, then add the mustard and stir in the cream.
- Let the sauce continue cooking for a few minutes. Pour over the plated pork chops.
