a few slices of bread (stale loaf goes well with this)
10 mushrooms (any ones you fancy)
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp dried herbs
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and black pepper
- Wash and slice the mushrooms. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with the crushed garlic, until browned and soft. The mushrooms loose quite a lot of liquid when frying, so don't worry about that!
- Season with dried herbs, salt and black pepper.
- Toast the slices of bread and assemble the mushrooms on top et vóila!
