150 ml double cream
100 g dark chocolate
- Whip the cream, but try not to over do it.
- Place a bowl on top of a saucepan with boiling water in it and place the chocolate in the bowl. Give it a stir and let it melt.
- Carefully fold the melted chocolate in the whipped cream.
- Divide the mixture into individual ramekins and let cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
...with a dash of booze from your cupboard. Whether it's Morgan's Spiced Rum, Malibu, Tia Maria or whisky, just give it a go and add a tbsp with the melted chocolate.
