Chocolate Dessert Pot £1.30 / £0.65 per serving

You will be shocked how easy this recipe is! Absolutely hassle free and oh-do-delicious. Warning this is a very rich dessert, not for the fainthearted...

150 ml double cream
100 g dark chocolate
  1. Whip the cream, but try not to over do it.
  2. Place a bowl on top of a saucepan with boiling water in it and place the chocolate in the bowl. Give it a stir and let it melt.
  3. Carefully fold the melted chocolate in the whipped cream.
  4. Divide the mixture into individual ramekins and let cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
Spice it up...

...with a dash of booze from your cupboard. Whether it's Morgan's Spiced Rum, Malibu, Tia Maria or whisky, just give it a go and add a tbsp with the melted chocolate.
