100 g dried pasta shapes (wholewheat fusilli), cooked
1/2 cucumber, washed and chopped
12 cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
100 g feta, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp dried herbs
salt and black pepper
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Drain it under running cold water.
- Chop and half the cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and gently toss.
Add a few spinach leaves for that iron you need.
