250 g lamb mince
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
salt and black pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Don't be afraid to put your hands in and give it a good stir!
- Form the lamb mince mixture into long sausage shapes.
- The lamb kebabs are ready to be grilled, fried or cooked in the oven!
Serve with...
...warm pita breads, a bit of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and a generous dollop of Greek yoghurt.
