4 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
salt
- Wash, peel and chop the carrots.
- Boil a pan of water and add the carrots.
- Cook until carrots are nice and soft.
- Drain the carrots and place them back in the pan.
- Add all the ingredients in the pan and give it a good mix. Taste and season with salt if needed.
