200 g dried spaghetti or linguine
1 tin of tuna in oil, drained
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and black pepper
- Cook the pasta according to instructions and drain.
- Place the pasta back in the pan it was cooked in. Add the rest of the ingredients and give it a good stir.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
If you fancy giving it a bit of extra - garnish with freshly chopped flat leaf parsley or add a few capers to the mix.
