2 boneless salmon fillets
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
- Mix the vegetable oil, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce together to make the marinade for the salmon.
- Place the salmon fillets in a bowl and pour over the marinade.
- Let the salmon marinade for 10 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillets on a small roasting tin and grill in the oven for 10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
...basmati rice and a fresh green leaf salad. Don't forget the chopsticks!
